San Francisco to Hyderabad via Los Angeles

Well, it’s been quite a roller coaster ride for me to be where I am now. Right from graduating from BITS Pilani, masters in Purdue University and working for the Fortune 500 firms like Netflix & eBay. 

 

My Journey: Pivoting from being a software engineer at Netflix to Cinematography

​

I took the road less travelled, while picking up the necessary things along the way. Started as a Software engineer at Netflix in Silicon Valley, and found my love for Cinema. From there on trained to become a Cinematographer - dabbled in the field for a bit and found my passion is to produce powerful and stunning images. 

I have fueled this passion further by taking up courses extensively in Color grading, researching on different grading techniques, and tons of content viewing hours.

I do shoot occasionally, but most of the time am joyously stuck to the dark room while working for some of my favorite Cinematographers in South India.

A life long learner. Always on the hunt for a fresh look for my next project.
